Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Cage fits snugly and easy to adjust, no pain. Lock is simple and easy to use but can be finicky at times when you are relocking because the key and lock can turn when unlocked and you'll have to readjust the notches to make them fit in the keyhole. Can't describe it any better :( Overall, love it as my first cage and very enjoyable!
