This is a great cage overall .the only downside is the lack of larger ring sizes, as even I (who’m not well-endowed) struggled to get it on and find a good fit. The cage itself is the perfect size with a secure, tight closure, and I’d still recommend it. It’s comfortable for short wears, but the small ring does squeeze quite a bit.

The small version of this cage will pinch the skin around the clasp at the base of the penis, whereas the medium size works perfectly and is really comfortable to wear. Naturally, it’s far more important to choose the right size based on your own personal measurements.
